We don't have swords in our house. I figure as long I can hold off, the better. Well, we borrowed one for Gene's costume. When Eleni got ahold of it, what was the first thing she did? "Mom, do you know what I'm doing? I'm cutting my hair like Mulan! Now I can be a boy!"
FYI--Truly, you would think that she watches Disney Princess movies all day every day, but she really doesn't. She hasn't seen half of them! And the ones she has watched, she doesn't get to watch the whole movie. I cut the mean parts. She just gathers all of this from clips or books she sees here and there, and has an impeccable memory.
