The Princess has Arrived

Yep. Eleni's a girl. She woke up on her second birthday, saw Cledi's church dress, and asked to put it on. Then she wanted a snow white dress in her closet, that she had never worn before, and began dancing around. For 2 weeks straight afterward, she wanted to wear a dress.

Now she requests a dress--particularly her "white dress" (a fluffy white slip)--everytime she watches Cledi's musicals like Singin' in the Rain and Hairspray so that she can dance around like the girls in the movie.

For Valentine's Day, Gene bought Eleni and I the movie "Enchanted," so now she likes to wear her "Yellowsie" and eat an apple. She's funny to watch. When Giselle has fallen into the well and little spots appear on her as she is changing into a human, Eleni always starts crying out, "Oh no! The dress! Oh no!"
