I can usually get this kid to wear anything or do anything with her hair if I'm willing to do the same. Today she did NOT want to wear this yellow dress ("It's NOT very beautiful.") or put her hair back in a manageable side ponytail. So, I pulled out my yellow shirt, did my hair like hers, and she flitted around all day long showing people her lovely hair and dress.
I'm certainly not above manipulation.
